Campbell Consultants Primary product is education with application. We believe that education with out direction to application is an exercise in futility. We use “Blooms Taxonomy” to develop course objectives and then develop the course to meet the objectives. Each course must have at least five Terminal Learning Objectives “Learner Outcomes”, however there must be no more then twelve. The students are tested and will be able to meet all objectives in the course by its completion. Any student, who cannot achieve the major objectives and has had perfect attendance, can attend the next regular scheduled class free of charge. (See Standard Terms and Conditions on reverse side) Close personal attention and continuous feedback are the cornerstones of Campbell Consultant’s instruction philosophy. All Instructors attended a 300 hour training program and must serve as an assistant Instructor before running a training course. The Instructors are trained in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) as it applies to a teaching environment. The Instructors learn Audio, Video and Kinesthetic instruction methods so as to help students learn quickly and effectively. We continuously monitor students to determine their level of understanding. Campbell Consultants has developed many feedback methods to assure that knowledge is understood and course Terminal Learning Objectives are met. Campbell Consultants believes that if a student fails to learn, it’s the Instructors fault. After all, we are paid to increase the skills of students, not just to dispense information. Our methods have been developed over a period of 40 years of industrial experience, working with tradesman and improving skills. Campbell Consultants is committed to raising your Tradesman’s skills to the next level. HISTORY Campbell Consultants Inc. was registered with the state of Pennsylvania on February 28, 1997. The customer base had been developed over a number of years though as John Campbell’s association with Air Line Hydraulics. The first courses were based around the basic industrial controls. The classes were conducted in the evenings because all partners had full time jobs. From 1997 to 2003 Campbell Consultants worked on developing both new courses and its customer base. All profits we put back into building training panels, buying computers, PLC’s and software. The partners didn’t take a salary or profits in order to develop the business. In 2003 John (Jack) Campbell retired from Alcoa and started working full time for Campbell Consultants. Shortly after that Mark Campbell joined in as a full time partner. In January 2003 Campbell Consultants begin the process of becoming certified to provide Continuing Education Credits. After developing new standard operating procedures and a very extensive on site examination, Campbell Consultants was reviewed and accepted as an Authorized Provider of Continuing Education Credits by the International Association for Continuing Education (IACET) on September 25, 2003 . As of January 2014 we don't Authorized (IACET) Credits. Campbell Consultants currently has 20 courses available in our Industrial Catalog and has 17 courses available in our Commercial Catalog,, with more courses being develop each year. We have incorporated the module system in the development of our programs, so we are flexible with our customers on their direct use of the program so they receive the best ROI. Campbell Consultants is also registered with the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry and is able to give state CEU’s. We also conducted Code change program and Electrical Safe work Practices (NFPA 70E) courses. Campbell Consultants has invested over $50,000 dollars in training equipment, panels and hardware.
